Cancellation Policy
Since timely notice allows us to provide the best service to all clients, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a charge
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a 50% service fee. we value both our clients’ time and our team’s schedule. For this reason, we have a 30-minute grace period policy:
A maximum wait time of 30 minutes will be allowed from your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive within this window, your service may still be performed; however, adjustments might be necessary to avoid affecting subsequent appointments.
After 30 minutes, the appointment will be considered a late cancellation. In order to reschedule, a fee of 20% of the total service cost will be required.
